Most guests ride the South Shore to spots like Shipwreck Beach, Spouting Horn, Poipu Beach, and Old Koloa Town. We will point you to the best routes for your group.
Riders should be comfortable on a bike. Contact us about age and height guidelines for younger riders and we will help you find the right fit.
Yes, we deliver to many South Shore hotels and vacation rentals for a $50 delivery fee. Just ask when you book.
Cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours before your start time and you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours we are not able to refund the rental, but give us a call and we will do our best to move you to another day that works.

Very. Our electric bikes are comfortable and intuitive, and we give you a quick how-to before you head out.
South Shore showers usually pass quickly and most guests ride right through them. If the forecast has you worried, cancel or move your reservation the day before, while you are still inside the 24 hour window for a full refund. If the weather turns on the day of your ride, call us and we will do what we can to find you another time.
