How long are your rentals?

We offer hourly and full-day rentals so you can explore Poipu and Koloa at your own pace. Tell us your plan and we will suggest the right amount of time.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, a quick liability waiver is built into the online booking, so you sign it when you reserve. Nothing to print or bring.

Do you provide helmets?

Yes. A helmet and a lock come with every rental at no extra charge.

Where can I ride?

Most guests ride the South Shore to spots like Shipwreck Beach, Spouting Horn, Poipu Beach, and Old Koloa Town. We will point you to the best routes for your group.

What is the age requirement?

Riders should be comfortable on a bike. Contact us about age and height guidelines for younger riders and we will help you find the right fit.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver to many South Shore hotels and vacation rentals. Just ask when you book.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so please cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Plans change on vacation, so reach out as early as you can and we will do our best to help.

Are the bikes easy to ride for beginners?

Very. Our electric bikes are comfortable and intuitive, and we give you a quick how-to before you head out.

What if it rains?

South Shore showers usually pass quickly. If weather affects your ride, get in touch and we will help you find another time.
